The visual expressions displayed on this site are outward and visible signs.  They complement, extend, ground the work I do in counseling, coaching, spiritual direction and pastoral supervision; all seek to explore experience and make meaning.   

Artistic expression is an opportunity to explore more deeply, to integrate and maybe recover from work and life.    There is so much more going on than meets the eye, than makes sense to the logical parts; art gives expression to all that more than, and helps bring it into being.  Then we have more courage for living outside of the lines, outside the constraints of what we know with our heads.  

As Tom Schultz said "Give me the courage to change the things I refuse to accept."
